You've probably heard it before: "That's what you eat." Although I like the description more accurately.it's better to say: "That's what you can get from your food."
Proper nutrition is the foundation of good physical health.
The human body is a complex system that requires complete appearance of nutrients for good health.
What do we mean by “proper nutrition”?
Proper nutrition means: eating the right foods with the right carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements, depending on your body type.
The second factor that determines nutrition is our body's ability to absorb nutrients from the food we eat. Nutrients must be in a form that the cells can accept, and the cells must be in good condition to be able to absorb nutrients. This is called bio-available.
These are the keys to a healthy diet and two factors that are often overlooked. That is one of the reasons why it contributes to the proper nutrition, not to the condition of the body's cells.
You may think that regular exercise, a good mental attitude, while applying the golden rule: 'everything in moderation' is the key to good health. However, if you understand the damage caused by birth defects, it will motivate you to change your diet, if you are determined to maintain a high standard of health and freedom from minor ailments.
Acid-alkaline level. We should eat foods that are acidic and alkaline in the right proportions. This is not difficult to recognize, given that, in general, fruits and vegetables are alkaline and the rest are acidic, with the exception of a few exceptions. Australian cuisine contains almost half and a half times more acidic than alkaline foods. This ratio should be the other way around. The problem with eating too much acidic food is that it builds up waste, and is the cause of many of our health problems. Foods rich in fruits and vegetables are deficient in antioxidants, beta-carotene, vitamins and minerals. They are very important in preventing oxidation, which is caused by free radicals, which are the leading cause of heart disease, stroke, cancer and other diseases.
